How to check the marks obtained in TIFR examination?

The TIFR GS commencement of classes is scheduled for August 1, 2026. Those students who pass the TIFR GS Exam will get admission to their preferred courses after the result is declared on the official website.

As per the information available on the official website, the TIFR GS 2026 Entrance Exam will be held on December 14, 2025, on Sunday, in two shifts:

In the first morning session: The exam will be held for subjects Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science & Learning, Information and Data Sciences, M.Sc. (Wildlife Biology & Conservation from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The timing for Mathematics (PhD at CAM) is 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

In the second afternoon session: The exam will be held for the subject Biology (JGEEBILS) from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The timing for Mathematics (all other programs) and Science Education is 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. 

The TIFR GS Application process started on September 27, 2025, for the academic session 2026-27, and the last date for students to complete their application form and to submit the application fee was October 26, 2025. Only those who submit the application form are eligible to download the TIFR GS Admit card to appear for the exam.

According to the TIFR GS Dates mentioned on the official website, the TIFR GS Exam will be held on December 14, 2025, for the academic session 2026-27. The exam is conducted for all those candidates who wish to get admission to 5-year integrated MSc courses and PhD programmes.

Although the application fee for males and females is different, the mode of payment is similar for all students. The mode of payment to submit the TIFR GS Application fee is online, and students need to submit their application fee via internet banking, UPI, credit card, debit card, and other payment modes.
