How to choose a career?

12th in 2007 and after that i m not able to continue my studies now from past 2 years i m working in a call center.

    Rohit, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or

    If you are looking career within the call centre, there are various opportunities such as soft skills trainer, process trainer, operations manager, HR, quality analyst etc. You may need to upgrade qualification and many coporate BPOs sponsor higher education through a specific universities including BBA, MBA etc. Please check with your HR department. If it is not available, please opt a good distance BA/ B.Com or BBA from a reputed university preferably a central university or a state university in your city only such as Mumbai University if you are from Mumbai, Delhi or Jamia Milia Islamia if you are from Delhi and so on.
