How to choose a good college for engineering? Which is the best engineering branch?

The college which has good infrastructure I.e. faculty member, labs, students (the way he give admission), etc. will be good for civil engineering. Civil engineering branch is both for theory and practical. So, choose the college which has both. -

6 years agoA better college. Because good faculty members with apt amenities, proper infrastructure and brand name gives a tag to passing out students. Brand name gets attached in your CV and going forward it helps a lot. Take example of IITs, even if you get chemical engineering branch in IIT-B/D, you get a tag of IIT. If you go to any organisation in market or face any B-School interview IIT tag keeps you one step ahead of others. People remembers college name first than branch. So, in my view Better College is better option any day over Better Branch.
