Candidates need to give their preference for three exam cities (in the same region) where they wish to appear for the exam in a priority order when filling out the SSC CHSL application form. The Commission does not consider any request for change of exam under any circumstances. However, the Commission reserves the right to cancel any centre and ask the candidates of that Centre to appear from another centre. The Commission also reserves the right to divert candidates from any centre to some other Centre.

Exam centers are set up in nine SSC regions: ER, WR, NR, SR, CR, NER, NWR, MPR, and KKR. Applicants can select three preferred centers within the same region, prioritizing them accordingly. Once chosen, center requests cannot be altered later., once you've submitted your application, you cannot change your examination center. The name and address of the exam center are mentioned on the admit card. You are advised to visit the exam center at least a day before the SSC CGL exam 2024. It will help them to find the route.
