Helo pritam, 1. Should be Aicte or UGC approved. 2. Quality of Education. 3.Placement Record(ask from the existent student and alumini about the college). 4.Infrastructure These qualities should be there in college, then it will be good college. lf you satisfied with my answer gives thumbs up and CH
