Systematic Training and Education programme is the interview taken by the Oberoi for their best requirements it might happen in 3 rounds or 5 rounds depending upon on the number of attendees, this is considered one the best and hard interviews to crack upon it is very simple to crack it even though you have a strong pillar in the basics of the hotel management and the department you're interested in.
