I appeared my T.Y.BSc(IT) in 2009-10 from Mumbai university, but did not clear.
Education :10+2+2Yr DCA +S.Y.BSc(IT)
Work Experience : 6 Yrs

Things are made easier these days.It's not a big problem. You've just to make up your mind and put up a little effort. The only big problem is in developing the required skills and so, think of the matter.

If you already clear your +2 then definitely you can apply for admission in +3 .
After clear your +3 you are now complete your graduation.
