IAF do not give any License to its pilots. Although all the flying hours are logged and they can be produced in DGCA for issue of License. DGCA has devised a separate rule for defence pilots who wish to join commercial aviation. It is called FATA rule. You can go through the CAR on DGCA website for the same for better details.
