How to convert MAT score out of 800 into cut-off percentile?

My CAT 2014 overall percentile is 20.54 and my MAT December 2014 Score is 470 out of 800. I need to know how to convert MAT score into cut-off percentile. My X th percentage is 91 and my XII th percentage is 84. I prefer B- Schools in TamilNadu.
