How to correct the FIR, if the police incorrectly filed it.
The FIR should have to be filed on 6 members, But police filed only on two members. In case of this, what action can we take to correct the FIR to file on 6 members....?
If possible, please guide me to do.
Please urgent, Help me.. TIA.

It is a good question, but,please seek the opinion of some experienced criminal lawyer.It is not an academic question in my opinion.
