The very first tip is NOT to get nervous. The moment you show you are nervous, you are likely to answer wrongly. Dress up in neat and tidy way. Wear light coloured dress and be simple. Be calm. While in the interview, first listen carefully to the question and then answer. Be open to interviewer's suggestions and remarks. Don't be argumentative. Best of Luck for your interview.

aru.chopra asking questions also reflects the confidence in a person at the same time it gives positive impact to recruiters, but it is always good to ask the question at the end of interview.

The interview should be a two-way process, an opportunity for all parties to find the information necessary to make the right decisions. Always remember asking questions provides the interviewer with important feedback about your understanding of and interest in the role.

For cracking interviews, sometimes all the things other than one's qualification and experience does makes difference. Interviewer also wants to judge a person basis on their receptivity to a situation / question. For example if in a discussion interviewer asks about native place, basis on how a candidate reacts can decide about opportunity.

The main purpose of organizing an interview is to purchase your skills for the benefit of organization so try to sell yourself, be presentable. Packaging have a great effect while selling/purchasing something, you may realize this in your day to day life when purchasing something (I know quality is also an important factor). Present yourself in such a manner that you are the perfect person for the job.

    Thanks inviting me aru.chopra ji,
    I second all expert views,
First of there is no possible shortcut to CRACK ANY INTERVIEW,
Many factors are to be in favour to get selected in a firm such as qualification, experience, locality, salary expectation etc.
Only thing we can do is to improve ourselves in following key areas,
KNOWLEDGE IN RELEVENT AREA, COMMUNICATION SKILL, BODY LANGUAGE.
If you we have all the above mentioned qualities we almost cracked an interview,
Just need to be CONFIDENT and determined and PRESENT ourselves in POSITIVE way.
And can expect for the best!!

Candidate need to look fresh and happy hearted, smiling, in a professional world, each and every thing works on relationship management. When asked a question and if he/she is not aware of the answer, be polite and honest to accept and don't forget to ask the answer from the interviewer, as this will also ensure that candidate is willing to learn and is receptive. Don't forget to thank the interviewer for the answerirrespective whether the answer is cor
