Hi, After completing B.E. you have 2 options: 1.To opt for a job. 2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc) However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.E. and then opt for further studies. The advantage of this step would be: - You will gain relevant work experience. - After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA. - If you are interested in pursuing MBA, the

I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking. As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem. Feel free to raise more questions. Appreciate by giving it thumbs up or marking as best. All the Best.

If you are going to do higher studies in management course then you need experience. If you are going to do higher studies in your own field than expereince is not necessary. In other words by doing masters in your own field you are making your selves more employable and also this will help you lead the work with latest technical know how. Particularly if you think your selves after 5 years, then you will understand doing your masters in same field will make you ahead of others in your field.
