To develop writing skills the first step is to read a lot and give emphasis on how the sentences are framed. Then try to re-write what you have read in your own language using different words.

For improving writing, it is good if there is someone to read our composition and make necessary comments and corrections.It is called Guided Composition.For all kinds of improvement ,a regular reading habit is vital.Whenever you get an idea, write it down and improve your writing fluency.
