How to discontinue one distance education from different university and join IGNOU.
I have registered for the sikkim manipal university distance edu in 2017. later they have changed their policy that student should go to sikkim write the exam. So I was unable to give the exam. I have appeared only first sem. I want to continue the same course with IGNOU from start. Is it possible?
