how to do bachelor's degree in mechatronics after diploma in mechatronics by distance learning?

i am doing diploma in mechatronics from nttf, jamshedpur and i want to know that how can i pursue higher studies in bachelor's degree mechatronics by distance learning, as i want to study as well as work.
