How to do TY after HSC with 5 year gap ?

Hello, i had done HSC in the year 2004 and after that i had to work because of my family's poor financial condition. Now since we are stable i would like to know whether we can do TY directly with a gap certificate from the lawyer and which university we can ?? i know we can !!
