How to enhance a career in IT company?

Hi, I am working with Accenture as a SAP Business intelligence consultant for more than 2 years. Now i have got admit for MS in computer science program in university of southern california for spring 2012. My current package is 5 Lacs per annum, Is MS frm ths university worth goin for me ?

    Hi,
    MS is a good option to pursue after graduation, as you also have a relevant work experience so having a MS degree fro US, will surly enhance your job profile.
    University of southern California is a good university to pursue MS, a degree from this university is world wide acknowledged and acclaimed.

    Apply for Sabbatical with your current employer with no salary. They would appreciate and allow. After completing M.S., re-join Accenture. If it does not work out, still go for M.S. but remember current $ rate @52.29/- It will cost you.

    Ritesh, I think you should go in for your MS in the US as US is known for its quality education. with MS you will have a better job opportunities and also you will have a chance to work in the US for a better Sal package. so just go in for MS.
