    A candidate must hold a Bachelors Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD) categories], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.     Hello Souvik, For entering in IIM Kolkata, one needs to appear for CAT and then has to clear the cut off criteria specified by the college. Once this is done, there are other screening tests such as Interviews and Written Ability test. Additional points are awarded for work experience. Qualifying all the rounds will enable a candidate to secure a provisional admission which is finalized after the payment within the stipulated time period.
