How to find MFA program in Fine Arts Photography in US UK or Singapore ?

I have done BFA in Applied Arts photography with 53%, looking for 1 to 3 years of MFA Program in Photography in following countries US, UK or Singapore. I have 7 years of experience in commercial Photography with 2 years of teaching experience in same field as well as i am a guest lecturer.
