it is as easy as visiting their web site and discovering for yourself.otherwise,visit the nearest recognised college and they will give the answer.if some institute is fake, they will surely know as they are responsible for the admissions they make.

UGC only recognized universities and institute is affiliated to universities for providing degree. So first of all see the university in which institute is affiliated. and check the university in UGC list The list is posted on UGC web site ugc.ac.in
