How to find out on internet whether the MBA course offerred by Gems B school is approved by UGC?

The website of Gems B school never shows it that the course is recognized by UGC.They are always claiming that the SCHOOL's strategic alliance with UK Universities and synergy with corporates enables students to have an internationally acclaimed post graduate degree/diploma fortified with real time
