Sponsorship is generally provided by employer- current or potential. In case of certain grants, you may refer the specific institutes policy.

Dear Om,
If you are working, you can contact to the HR department for the sponsorship if your company would like to pay your fees on your behalf.
All the best.

Dear Om,
In that case, you need to apply for education loan or check scholarship scheme of particular college in which you want to apply for MBA. Some of the colleges do offer scholarship for students those having good academic record.
So, search for the college accordingly.
All the best.
