How to fix OTP issues?

A few times on this website(Signing up, Checking odds of admission),an OTP is supposed to be sent to my cell phone. However, my phone never gets the message(except once after a lot of tries for the sign up). How to ensure getting the password? The phone no. is from the U.A.E., where I live currently
