How to get 100% education loan for studying in IIHM, Kolkata?

I am currently doing 12th with commerce. My parents don't have any saving & collateral security.

    Yes, absolutely, you can get loan as IIHM has tie up with SBI. And for IIHM Kolkata, also there are many other companies who will avail you the same. According to RBI, the banks are bound to give a maximum of 7.5 lacks rupees for education loan without any security.
