How to get a reference? I am trying to fill application form for IES, I am stuck in the reference section.

References are a part of the online application process at IES MCRC. Basically you have to get two references and their other details as mentioned in the form. These reference can't be your direct relatives. They can be your neighbours, previous company's employee (if any work experience). Witho

You can get a reference from anybody to support your application. It may be your family, friends, teachers, past educators, etc. Anybody who knows you and is ready to vouch for you. It does not need to be a detailed reference. You can just feed in somebody's details as a referent and g

Hi Dhanashri, references are compulsory, and it has to be someone outside your family. In case you have work experience you can mention one your colleague as a referent, if a fresher you could mention the name of your college Head of Department or a professor who knows you.
