The University of Northern British Columbia has implemented an online Housing application and monitoing process. It allows international students to apply for accommodation at UNBC online through the comfort of their home. However, before applying for an accommodation at UNBC, international students must meet the below given conditions.

You must be at least 17 years old by the end of your first semester living in UNBC Housing
To be eligible for Housing you must be registered in a minimum of 1 UNBC course for each semester you live in Residence
All students under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian sign the Residence Contrac
