    Dear Ahmed, since you are aiming for MS it means you are an engineering graduate. For applying to MS in any USA university, you are required to give GRE (Graduate Record Exam) and TOEFL (English Proficiency test) which are on line tests and available throughout the year at a fees of $140 each. Scholarship for part financing the tuition fees can be availed only after you have taken admission in one of the universities. Apart from fees, books will cost you about $600 as photo copy culture is not there. You can do part time job but universities do not allow more than few hours per week.
