To get a seat in BIT Bangalore for B.E. in Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology), candidates can apply through three modes: KCET, Comed-K, and Management quota. The eligibility criteria include passing two years of P.U.C. / 12th examinations conducted by the Pre-University Board of Karnataka State or any other examination recognised as equivalent by the Visvesvaraya Technology University. The programme has an intake of 60 students, with 27 seats for general merit candidates, 18 seats for SC/ST & OBC (Cat-I, 2A, 2B, 3A 3B) candidates, and 15 seats for other candidates.
