    To get a seat in Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.), students must have passed 10+2 with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and 50% marks in aggregate. Alternatively, they can pass a 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and 50% marks in aggregate. Additionally, candidates need to qualify NATA 2024.
