To get a seat in IISc Bangalore for M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence, candidates can apply through two modes: GATE or CFTI.
For GATE mode, eligible GATE papers are CS, DA, EC, and EE, and eligible qualifying degrees include BE/BTech or equivalent, MSc, and 4-year BS or BS (Research) or equivalent.
For CFTI mode, candidates should have a BE/BTech/4-years BS or BS (Research) or equivalent in any branch of Science/Engineering from a CFTI with a CGPA of 8.0 or above.
Shortlisted candidates will need to appear for an in-person written test. The deadline for online submission of applications is 23:59 hours of 23.03.2025.
