To get a seat in IISc Bangalore for M.Tech. in Semiconductor Technology, candidates should have a valid GATE scorecard as on 1st August 2025 and apply through the IISc admissions portal. The selection procedure is based on 100% GATE score. Candidates can apply to a maximum of 3 disciplines from the M.Tech. and M. Des. programs. They should have qualified in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2025 /2024 / 2023) and possess a valid scorecard as on 1st August 2025.
