    To get a seat in Institute of Technology for B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, candidates must pass the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Electronics as optional subjects. They must also appear for the KEA/COMEDK entrance exam. The eligibility for admission is 45% for General Category and 40% for SC/ST, Category-1, and OBC Category candidates.
