To get a seat in JNU for M.Tech in Data Science, candidates must have a Master's degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operational Research/any branch of Science /Master of Computer Applications (MCA)/Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering/ Technology with at least 55% marks. Admission is offered through a common paper for admission to both M.Tech. Programme in "Computer Science and Technology" and M.Tech. Programme in "Data Science".
