To get a seat in KIET Ghaziabad for B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, candidates can apply through two schemes:
1. 85% seats are filled through JEE Main rank and counselling conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
2. 15% seats are filled by direct admissions, where candidates apply online through the institute's website and are shortlisted based on their PCM merit at 10+2 level. Shortlisted candidates are then called for a written test and personal interview, and on successful completion, they are offered admission.
