To get a seat in NIT Rourkela for B.Tech. in Biotechnology, admission is made through JEE (Main) or a similar test approved by NIT Council. The counselling for this is done by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) and Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) or its equivalent approved by the NIT Counc
