To get a seat in Panjab University for M.A. in History, candidates need to pass the written Entrance Test (PU CET PG) conducted by Panjab University, Chandigarh. The eligibility criteria include B.A with Honours in History, Bachelor’s degree in any faculty with at least 50% marks in the aggregate, B.A (PASS) /B.Sc. (PASS) examination in full subjects obtaining at least 45% marks in the subject of History, or Master’s degree examination in another subject or another faculty. The course duration is 2 years with 68 seats available. Fees are as per PU Handbook of Information -2022 [2022-23].
