To get a seat in Tezpur University for B.Tech. in Food Engineering and Technology, candidates will be selected based on the All India Rank (CRL) of JEE (Main)-2023 conducted by the NTA. Out of the total seats, 60% seats are reserved for permanent residents of Northeastern states to be filled up through the counselling conducted by the B.Tech. Screening and Selection Committee (BSSC) of the University and remaining 40% seats are open for filling up through the Central Counselling conducted by CSAB/JoSAA. Eligibility includes 10+2 standard or equivalent examination with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent grade point.
