You have following options in order of precedence to become a software engineer:
    (a) B.Tech CS/ IT after 12th
    (b) BCA-MCA after 12th,
    (c) B.Sc-M.Sc CS/IT after 12th.
    (d) Diploma in Computer Science from a polytechnics after 10th.
    (e) Computer courses any time in your career
You are advised to take physics, chemistry and maths as subject for 10+2 and work hard to take any of above mentioned path to fulfil your dream of becoming software engineer.
