How to get admission in a good University for doing Post-Graduation?

I am pursuing B.Com from GNDU and their marking scheme is very tight. 65-70%, this is the percentage of college toppers. I want to do MBA in future. I am in 4th semester now. Do you think I should try CAT exam at this low percentage?
