Armed Forces Medical College (AMFC) offers an MBBS lasting five and a half years, including a compulsory rotating internship of one year. AMFC MBBS admission is based on the applicants' NEET (UG) score. Based on the exam scores, applicants are called for a screening process, which comprises a Test of English Language and Reasoning (ToELR), Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical Examination at AFMC, Pune. The college grants admission to candidates based on their overall performance in the entrance exam and all the screening rounds, subject to fulfilment of the below-given eligibility criteria:

Admission is done through state-level counselling for filling 85% of total seats and remaining 15% seats will be filled through All India Centralized Counselling based on the rank obtained in NEET.
