    Hi,
DU doesn't offer normal B.Tech degree, but NSIT is affiliated to DU till now, and is the only college in Delhi (apart from CIC, which offers IT with mathematics), which offers DU degree to its students. But, soon it is also going to become a state university. It admits students on the basis of JEE Mains and cutoffs are usually at par with the course. For more details visitwww. Nsit. AC. In.

DU does not offers B.Tech, but one of its Department Cluster Innovation Centre offers B.Tech (Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations). You have to apply separately for the Entrance Exam for B.Tech. So fill that form, if you haven't already. They have 75% in 12th as eligibility criteria for the Entrance Exam but amid the Covid Pandemic, they might give some relaxation. Keep Updated on DU website for more information.

The Delhi technological University, formerly known as Delhi school of engineering is affiliated to DU and it is only for providing B.Tech courses, on the basis of JEE marks, so you have to appear in JEE and enroll yourself in DTU too, then based on your rank and category you'll get the stream automatically.

Delhi University doesn't offer B.Tech in CS. For this course, you could opt JEE Main for government colleges in Delhi, and for private College, you can could opt any private college (Amity University, Bennet University, Galgotias University).
