    Hi Darshan,
    Educational loans are available for aspiring students. Admissions are done on the basis of merit so if your profile is meritorious there is a high chance that you will be granted a scholarship as well by the university. International students can work part time for 20 hours a week. Knowing your budget is low start looking for education loan options and check the university/ college websites for their individual financial aid schemes. Contact the colleges about part time work options too. It is good to start communicating at an early stage. Wish you the best.
