Delhi University was established in 1922 and is ranked 13th best university as per NIRF 2019. The University is also ranked 20th best in terms of overall criteria as per NIRF 2019. There are 90 colleges affiliated under University of Delhi with some of the top ones being Miranda House, Hindu College
