Hello Shashank, You need to approach individual college where you intend to seek admission. This is so since admissions to BA are not centralised yet.

Hello, 12th from NIOS is acceptable to even NEET & JEE. You meet the principal, give an application and ask them to quite rule under which they are refusing to give you application.
