You need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off

You need to score around 95 percent marks in HSC as the cut-offs in DU go very high. The admission is done on merit basis.

The admission for Under graduate course is fully merit based. The marks is being checked against the cut off released by DU. But some course have entrance exam for admission.
