You can directly apply to the college for admission. There is no entrance exam or any such criteria for admission. There might be a personal interview though to assess your personal attributes and aptitude for the course

Yes, you can do a Diploma in sound engineering after tenth grade. But first, prepare yourself for the entrance exam and secure good marks and good rank in it. Best of luck
