Admission in IIT Hyderabad is based on national entrance examination like JEE Advanced to BTech, UCEED to BDes or GATE to MTech. Once they pass the exam, they have to be part of the JoSAA, CEED or COAP counselling. The rank, the availability of seats and eligibility are used during the selection.
