    Yes, you have chances because the university offers a counselling period according to your interest. Moreover, the college has privileges for Sikh students.

    Sorry, with this rank, there is no chance in normal and spot counselling as well. One needs to be in top 5000 in CET to be able to stand for it. Best of luck.
