I have done MBA in marketing and finance. I have six years of work experience (banking field). I want to explore RD and Panchyati Raj field.

Yes, the college that you have chosen is good and also the area that you want to study as it is seldom being taken up by others. Hence, go forward and with the experience that you have it will be easier.
