What and PI are the main selection criteria for IIM MBA admission which is conducted after the announcement of CAT results. Shortlisted candidates who meet the CAT cutoff go on to participate in Wants and PIs. The final selection for admission is based on a candidate's overall profile - their CAT score, their academic score, their work experience, their category, and their What and PI scores.
